These terms apply to this website, ayelmanager.com, and to AYEL Manager, an app by AYEL Productions. By using either, you agree to them.

Who we are

Using AYEL Manager

We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use AYEL Manager for your own business while your access lasts. You may not resell it, copy it for others or try to extract its source code.

Your content and your accounts

Everything you create or bring into the app stays yours: your records, your messages and the videos, captions and posts you publish. You are responsible for what you publish through the app and for having the rights to it, including music, images and other people's appearances.

When you connect a third-party account (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Gmail), your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms, such as TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The app acts only on your instruction: it posts what you choose to post, when you choose to post it, and you can revoke its access at any time. How we handle the data these connections involve is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The app is under active development and is provided as it is. Features may change, and connected platforms can change or withdraw their own services, which can stop a feature working. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of such a contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability is not affected.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time. We may end access with reasonable notice, or immediately if the app is used unlawfully or against these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects how you use the app, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by German law. Where you use the app as a business, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence is not affected.
